Applying to the Affiliate Program
Want to earn commissions by sharing Superhive products with your audience? This guide walks you through the Affiliate Application, field by field, and explains what happens after you submit it.
Before You Start
- You'll need a Superhive user account, and you'll need to be signed in. If you're not, you'll be asked to log in or sign up first.
- Each account can submit one application, so take a moment to gather your channel links and a realistic estimate of your audience size.
- If a Creator has already added you as their affiliate, you don't need to apply. The form will tell you that you're already an affiliate.
Open the Application
Go to the Superhive Affiliate Program page and click Join the Affiliate Program. You can also click Become an Affiliate in the "Start earning today on Superhive" section of the homepage.
This opens the Affiliate Application form.

Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
Personal Info
- First name* and Last name*
- Email*: filled in from your account. You can change it if you'd like us to contact you at a different address.
- Phone (optional)
- Address*: filled in from your account if you've saved one.
- Country* and Timezone*: also filled in from your account where available.
Your personal info is used by the Superhive team and is not part of the profile that Creators see in the Affiliate Directory.
Where You Promote
- Channel links*: add a link for each channel where you share Superhive products, such as YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Discord, a blog or website, or a newsletter. At least one is required. Click Add another link for each additional channel. Your first link is shown as your primary channel on your profile, so put your main channel first.
- Estimated audience size*: your combined reach across the channels above (subscribers, followers, monthly readers). Choose a range: Less than 1,000; 1,000 - 10,000; 10,000 - 50,000; 50,000 - 100,000; 100,000 - 1M; or 1M+.
Your Content
- Primary content format*: Video; Text (blog, articles, docs); Audio (podcast); or Other.
- Secondary content formats (optional): any other formats you also publish in.
- Languages you publish in (optional): check every language your content is published in.
What You Promote
- Product types you typically promote: check the Superhive product categories you cover, such as Modifier Setups, Models, Surfacing, Addons, Render Setups, or Training.
- Topical focus: pick the topics your audience cares about most. Start typing to search, then select topics from the list.
Payout Options
There's nothing to fill in here. You don't add a payout method in the application. Once you're approved, you'll set up payouts through Stripe or PayPal in your account settings. See Getting Paid for Your Referrals.
Affiliate Newsletter
Check Subscribe to Affiliate Newsletter to hear from Superhive about promotions, new products, and changes to the affiliate program. It's optional, but we strongly encourage it: the newsletter is how we share these updates with affiliates.
Affiliate Agreement
Click View Affiliate Program Terms to read the terms, then check Accept Terms of Use*.
Submit Your Application
Click Submit Application. You'll see the message "Thanks! Your affiliate application has been submitted."
What Happens Next
Our team reviews every application. You can expect a response by email in 1-2 weeks.
Checking your status
If you return to the application page after submitting, you'll see your status instead of the form:
- Received: "Thanks for applying! Your application was received on [date]. You can expect a response in 1-2 weeks."
- Approved: "You've been approved! Visit your affiliate dashboard to get started."
- Not approved: "Thanks for your interest. We weren't able to approve your affiliate application at this time." along with our support email address, [email protected].
- Already an affiliate: "You're already an affiliate!" with a link to your Affiliate Dashboard. You'll see this if a Creator has added you as their affiliate.
If you're approved
You'll receive a "You're in!" email that includes:
- A link to your Affiliate Dashboard, where you'll find your referral links, the Creators you work with, your referral history, and upcoming payouts.
- Your referral code (your affiliate ID) and an example link: add ?ref=YOUR-CODE to the end of any Superhive URL.
- Two next steps: set up payouts (Stripe or PayPal, in your account settings) and check your profile. Your application answers (channels, audience size, formats, languages, product types, and topics) become your affiliate profile, which Creators see in the Affiliate Directory. You earn referrals once a Creator adds you, and your profile is how they find and choose you, so it's worth making sure it's complete: the directory's default view, the one Creators see first, only shows affiliates with a completed profile. You can update it any time from Profile in your Affiliate Dashboard.
Read Your First Steps as an Affiliate for what to do next.
If your application isn't approved
You'll receive an "Affiliate Application Update" email. This isn't necessarily final. If your channels or audience change, or you think we've missed something, reply to that email and we'll take another look.
To learn more about how we review applications, see What We Look For in Affiliates. Creators can also still add you as their affiliate directly. See How to Approach Creators About Becoming Their Affiliate.
FAQ
I was added by a Creator. Do I need to apply?
No. You're already an affiliate. If you open the application form, it will say "You're already an affiliate!" and point you to your Affiliate Dashboard. Fill in your Profile there so other Creators can find you: until it's complete, you won't appear in the Affiliate Directory's default view. See Your Affiliate Profile.
A Creator added me while my application was still being reviewed. What happens?
You become an affiliate right away and can start referring for that Creator's products. You don't need to wait for a decision on your application. Your application answers will fill in your profile when your application is approved.
Can I edit my application after submitting it?
No. Once you submit, the form shows your application's status instead. If something important has changed, contact [email protected]. After you're approved, you can update your channels, audience and topics any time from Profile in your Affiliate Dashboard.
