Customer Product Refund FAQs
What reasons qualify for a refund?
You may request a refund within 30 days if the product doesn't work properly, was misrepresented, or was purchased by mistake. See below for details on each situation.
Can I get a refund because I don't know how to use the product?
No. Product documentation and creator support are available for this. Check the product's FAQs first, then contact the creator via the Product Page if you need help.
The product went on sale after I bought it. Can I get the difference back?
No. Price changes and sales are not eligible for partial refunds.
What counts as an "accidental purchase"?
A genuine mistake, such as buying the wrong version. Bulk orders do not qualify. If you've already downloaded the product, a refund requires the creator's approval.
The product doesn't work. What do I do?
First, check the product's documentation and FAQs — these often resolve common issues. Then contact the creator via the Product Page and allow 72 hours for a response. Creators are required to provide support and may be able to fix the problem directly.
If the issue remains unresolved after that, contact Support with your product name, order number, transaction number (if available), and a description of the issue and steps you've already taken.
I accidentally bought the wrong product and haven't downloaded it. What do I do?
Contact Support directly with your order details. You don't need to contact the creator first.
I accidentally bought the wrong product but already downloaded it. What do I do?
Contact the creator via the Product Page to explain the situation. If they approve the refund, reach out to Support and let us know. We'll review the communication and process the refund.
How will my refund be paid?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds are typically processed the same day; credit card refunds can take several business days, depending on your bank.
