Forfeiting Earnings
Earnings that affiliates have accrued, but not yet paid out, can be subject to forfeiture under the following conditions:
- Failure to provide us with sufficient, valid payment information within 12 months of the first sale
- Providing us with falsified personal information
- Any other clear violations of our Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines, as determined by Superhive Market staff
Affiliates whose earnings are forfeited will be contacted by our staff with a clear explanation of how our terms or policies were violated. In some cases, additional actions, such as account suspension, may also be taken depending on the nature of the offense.
