Sales Tax on Superhive Purchases

Due to the 2018 Wayfair ruling from the United States Supreme Court, if you are located in the United States, you may be charged sales tax on products that you purchase on Superhive (formerly Blender Market). 

The amount of sales tax charged, if any, depends on your (the buyer's) location. If you reside in a state where Superhive (formerly Blender Market) has nexus, i.e., a physical or economic presence, and if your state taxes digital goods, then you will see a Sales Tax line item during checkout.

If no Sales Tax line item is shown during checkout, then you are not being charged sales tax.
