Using Your Superhive Inbox
Your Superhive (formerly Blender Market) Inbox is the central location for all communications on Superhive (formerly Blender Market)—it is where you can contact customers, Affiliates, fellow Creators, and the Superhive (formerly Blender Market) support team. Your Inbox is located in your Account menu, at the top right corner of any Superhive (formerly Blender Market) page (except the Help Desk).
Start a New Conversation
To create a new conversation click the + button on the right side of the Inbox window.
To identify the person you want to send a message to, you can add in their shop name, email address, or username. Then just fill in the subject line and the content of your message.
Reply by Email
You can now use your preferred email client to reply to any message you receive in your Superhive (formerly Blender Market) Inbox. When you receive an email notification that a message has been added to your Superhive (formerly Blender Market) Inbox, you can reply to the email directly and your email message will be added automatically to the Superhive (formerly Blender Market) Inbox conversation.
Note: Attachments are currently not supported when replying via email. They are supported when adding a message to a conversation, with a limit of 5MB.
Verified Customers Badge
It's now easier than ever to know what conversations are from verified customers. A badge is shown to signify that the user who sent the message has indeed purchased the product that they are inquiring about.
Escalating a Message to Admins
Anyone can escalate a conversation to an admin. If you would like an admin to take a look at a conversation or add their input to your conversation, just select Escalate to Admin from the menu at the top right corner of the conversation.
Auto-Close Messages
There's an option in the Inbox settings to automatically close your conversations after you have sent a reply. This feature is disabled by default.
